Refund policy

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), please contact customer service at merch@makewake.net within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or a replacement. 


If the product you received is damaged, please email merch@makewake.net with photo evidence of the damaged product and a return label will be emailed to you to return the product. Upon receipt of the damaged product and review, a refund will be sent to the card that the product(s) were purchased with, within a reasonable amount of time or a replacement product will be sent, per the customer’s request. A refund will only be sent for the amount of the goods returned and not include shipping or service charges. 


If the product you received is incorrect, please email merch@makewake.net with photo evidence of the incorrect product and a return label will be emailed to you to return the product. Upon receipt of the incorrect product, a replacement item will be sent to the address provided in the original order. 


If a product is returned for any reason and has been worn or washed, a replacement or refund will not be issued.
